Yes. The app is free for you. You pay your Pro in the app. The Pro manages the payment; My Trusted Manager collects it only on the Pro's behalf.

Pros join through a recommendation from someone in the network. Pros must give us their license and insurance details where required and agree to keep them current. We may review them, but we do not guarantee any Pro's licensing, insurance or work.

We currently serve properties in Illinois, with Pros in the Chicago area. Everything is booked online.

Pros quote every job directly in the app. You see the full price and any deposit before you pay. You pay the job price your Pro quotes. There is no card fee or surcharge; the Pro covers payment processing. My Trusted Manager collects job payments only as the Pro's limited payment collection agent. Homeowners pay no separate My Trusted Manager fee.
